Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • The item is in its original condition without any stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange Process

If your requested size or color is available, we will process your exchange after receiving and inspecting the original item.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A different product of equal value.

  • Store credit (if applicable).

  • A refund (if eligible).

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Zaroha.com is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
